Thanksgiving Day

On this day inhabitants of the Last Territories thank each other for mutual help during the first winter after the Conflagration, which became a severe trial for the survivors.

The festive preparations begin with clearing the surrounding area from enemies and bandits. Moreover, there is a new threat to the survivors — turkeys.

Mutated birds occupied the farm and flooded the Last Territories. Will you be able to reach the Poultry Farm, defeat the Alpha Turkey and free the farmers?

Complete the Thanksgiving Day quests, participate in the festive Challenge, hunt the turkeys, get Pilgrim coins as a reward and exchange them for a Hunter’s Gift from the Tribal Huntress in your Shelter.

Thanksgiving Day Quests

To participate in the event you should complete the Riveter’s quest and repair the Antenna in the Shelter. Players under level 20 must first complete two tutorial stages of the event. In the first stage, you should kill enemies with any weapon in the green locations.

In the second, you must defeat enemies in the green locations with ranged weapons only. You can use bows, crossbows, firearms and throwing weapons, or ranged bicycle modifications. You must also destroy turkeys. They are only vulnerable for tribal bows and Hunting Nanites. You can craft a Tribal Warrior’s Bow yourself. To get legendary bows and Nanites, trade with the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter.

Players of level 20 and above will be able to immediately proceed to the third, main stage of the event, where they must also defeat enemies in the yellow locations and the Besieged House and bosses in the Old Gas Station and Burned Restaurant with ranged weapons.

Note: the Besieged House can appear with the higher chance during the Thanksgiving Day event!

After all quests of the main stage of the event are complete it will start again so you’ll be able to replay it and earn rewards.

Thanksgiving Day Challenge

By killing enemies with ranged weapons you will also participate in the festival Challenge.

Killing enemies with a Thanksgiving Day weapon marked with a special icon will earn you extra points. You can exchange these weapons and their parts for Pilgrim coins from the Tribe’s Hunter in the Shelter.

You can also get Challenge points by hunting turkeys. Search for the birds at all common locations: the Iron Wastelands, Quiet Grove, Desolated Hollow, Forest Outskirts, Scorched Lands, and the Windbreak.

Stock up on weapons: turkeys can only be hurt with tribal bows and Hunting Nanites. You can craft the Tribal Warrior’s Bow yourself. To get the legendary Tribal Chieftain’s Bow, legendary Tribal Shaman’s Bow, and Nanites, trade with the Tribal Huntress.

Note that you can get even more Challenge points for killing turkeys if you use Hunting Nanites with the Thanksgiving Day weapon.

One round lasts for one day. There are 50 players in a group. 10 players who scored the most points will receive the reward! Recall that the final reward in a round depends on both the points earned and your place in the leaderboard.

In the co-op mode you will receive bonus points for each squad mate in the location. But only the player who dealt the maximum damage to the enemy will receive the points.

Poultry Farm

You can find the most turkeys and their boss at the Poultry Farm. To get there you should reach level 20 and complete one main stage of the event.

At the Poultry Farm besides common turkeys you will encounter their boss, the Alpha Turkey. Beware of his Turkey Rage, an ability that increases the damage inflicted by the the Alpha Turkey and paralyzes everyone in the affected area.

Don’t forget to stock up on tribal bows and Hunting Nanites. Like other turkeys, the Alpha Turkey is invulnerable to all other weapons.

After clearing the Poultry Farm you’ll be able to get additional rewards for freeing a prisoner or prisoners.

The Poultry Farm resets every 6 hours: during the event, you will be able to repeatedly receive rewards for its cleanup and a questline connected with the location.

Note: if you will die at the Poultry Farm, you will be able to retrieve your items, but their durability will be reduced.

Event Rewards

You will get Pilgrim coins for completing the Thanksgiving Day quests and as a reward for participating in the festive Challenge.

Pilgrim coins will be useful for exchange with the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter. In her gifts you can find weapons, all parts of Helpers, decorations, boxes, festive appearance and food available during the event.

Hardened by survival, tribal warriors can get food in the Last Territories and use the simplest foodstuff to get incredibly useful effects. A new Helper, the Tribal Cook, an unsurpassed chef whose dishes will literally pull you out of the next world by restoring full health after receiving a deadly wound one time. The new Helper’s ability effect does not replace similar effects. You can use it simultaneously with the Heart of Carnifex and Motorbike First Aid Kit.

Note: the old decoration, Festive Table, will be deleted; the players who had assembled it will receive compensation that includes resources for assembling a new table, gold and festive food.

You’ll also be able to assemble the Turkey Shed which will give you Turkey Eggs. They restore health and remove one random negative effect.

You can get cookbooks, activators for the Tribal Cook, not only from the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter, but also from the Brotherhood Merchant in the Crew’s Camp at the Warehouse. Get the special feed for the Turkey Shed from the farmer in the Besieged House also.

In the Hunter’s Gifts you’ll also find craft resources for the Sheriff shooting range, Statue of Hope, Firework Cannon, 45-slot Hawks’ Box and 75-slot Hawks’ Box.

You can find the Hawks’ Lighters required for the Statue of Hope and Firework Cannon activation at the Nuclear Torches in the Besieged House and Ambush. Sheriff’s Stars for the Sheriff shooting range activation can be found at the Strider trader’s at the Warehouse. During the event you can also get them from the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter.

Event Rewards. Weapons

A new perfect Hawks AF-M specially designed to maximize the duration of nanites will become available for assembling. Enemies stunned by the explosion of a stun grenade fired from the AF-M under-barrel grenade launcher become slower and may miss.

Besides, the participants of the event will be able to get well-known perfect and legendary Thanksgiving Day weapons, required to participate in the event.

You can assemble legendary Hawks Barret M82, M16 Liberty, AMT Hardballer Longslide, perfect Akimbo revolvers, a Commando rocket launcher and a new Hawks AF-M. You can get other Thanksgiving Day weapons ready to use.

During the event Striders can assemble Tomahawks and Tribal Warrior’s Bows. Warrior’s Bolas, legendary bows and Nanites will be available for exchange with the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter.

Event Rewards. Food. Appearance

In the Hunter’s Gifts you’ll also find blueprint fragments for a Tribal Warrior and Territories’ Sheriff appearance, a Pilgrim’s and a Cowboy’s Hats!

During the turkey hunt you can get the Whole Turkey. Trading with the Tribal Huntress in the Shelter will bring you Corn and Pumpkins for the festive dishes. The Strider Fireplace of any level will allow you to cook Roasted Turkey, Pumpkin pie and Grilled Corn.

Perfect Weapon Repair

Perfect weapon repair became available. You need to upgrade the repair workbench in the basement of your Shelter to level 4. Search for required batteries in the Screaming Forest.

After your repair workbench is upgraded you’ll be able to repair perfect weapons using Perfect Arms Crates. You’ll find them in the Bokor’s Chest in the Forgotten Graveyard and in the Free Striders’ Brotherhood faction missions rewards.

Ensign at the Citadel Outpost

You can exchange the details required for the repair workbench upgrading, the Borescope Batteries, and Perfect Arms Crates from the new merchant, Ensign at the Citadel Outpost. For the exchange you’ll need well-known swag from the Territories.

But you should keep in mind that other merchants don’t like those who have deals with the Citadel Corps. When exchanging with the Ensign, your reputation drops with merchants who accept for exchange those items that you give him. Please note, your reputation may fall at two merchants at the same time!

Striders of level 112 and above will be able to assemble perfect Gauss rifle Prototype D6 while exchanging with the Ensign at the Citadel Outpost! At first you should find its blueprint fragments in the Screaming Forest. When you have assembled the entire blueprint, the details required for Gauss rifle Prototype D6 will appear in the DUTY Bundle №1, DUTY Bundle №2 in the Ensign’s assortment.

Have a good hunting, striders!
