Dawn of Zombies update (22/02/2022)
The Citadel Corps declares a general mobilization: bloody ghouls crawled out from the dungeons of the Warehouse to the surface and flooded the locations from Quiet Grove to Desolated Hollow. Join the defense of the Last Territories, follow the trail of the CCDR and defeat a new mutant, Rat King!
Warehouse Invasion
…Due to the refusal to expand the contingent of the Citadel Corps in the areas near the Warehouse location, I request permission to expand the number of volunteers recruited to eliminate the invasion. I also request the convening of a commission at the Center to assess the threat and consider possible options for its elimination.

To sign up as a volunteer, speak with the Citadel Corps Recruiter near the windmill in your Shelter. Every day you’ll receive Invasion quests, their completion will bring you the event points. The more points you earn the better the reward you will receive.
The Citadel Corps gives a limited number of the Invasion quests every day. If you’ve completed them all, you should wait for the next day to receive new quests. After you fill the reward scale and receive all your un-premium rewards, the scale will be updated. During the event, the reward scale can be filled in five times.
Recall that you can complete the Invasion quests for gold, or change them for watching ads in the Activities tab in your PDA.
You’ll also receive event points for collecting the Unidentified Bloody Artifacts. Get them from the Leechers which have appeared in The Last Territories. To identify these artifacts look for the Bloody Identification Discs at bloody ghouls. Identify these artifacts with the Artifact Identifier in the Shelter basement and give them to the Citadel Corps Recruiter: every artifact earns you the event points.
Another way to earn the event points is to destroy bloody cocoons in the Windbreak and the Desolated Hollow. The cocoon stays inactive until you attack it, but after the first strike it will start ripening and attract ghouls. If you manage to destroy the cocoon before it ripens, you will get more points. If you do not, Turnkey will appear; killing him will earn you less points.
Note: each time the destruction of the cocoon will be more difficult.The complexity resets once in 24 hours.
You can also get the event points in the Warehouse and the Slammer for killing ghouls, destroying the bloody cocoons and defeating the Red Sphere in the Carnifex’s Lair. Defeating the Punisher Ghoul on the 18 floor of the Ark Facility will earn you extra points.
New story and location
…increase the level of secrecy of the reports of the sixth department of CCDR. Send the copies of Skvortsov’s report to the Center and Institute for analysis. I’ll conduct further conversations with the surviving soldiers personally.

After you speak with Citadel Corps Recruiter in your Shelter the CCDR Operative will contact you, he is waiting for you at the Citadel Outpost. He will ask you to restore the events that happened to his squadmates in the Warehouse. Complete his tasks to find out the truth about what has happened in the aberrated zone.
The new questline is available only for players of 35 level and above who’ve already been in the Warehouse and brought the Floppy Disc to Lewkowicz from the Ark Facility.
The completion of the new plot quest line will open access to the little studied place, the sewers under the Warehouse. You’ll find its entrance in the northern wing of the aberrated zone during one of the new quests. Note: you should burn all the bloody holes at the northern wing before cleaning the blockage on the way to the sewers under the Warehouse. Otherwise you’ll be attacked by enemies while cleaning the blockage.
You should free the hatch leading to the sewers under the Warehouse from the Bloody Moss; it would be necessary to do after each temporal reset in the Warehouse. A new, very dangerous enemy, striders call him Rat King, awaits you in the sewers. You should find the right tactics to fight with him yourself. We’ll give you just a couple of hints:
- On different stages Rat King is vulnerable to fire or electric damage;
- Rat King can devour you if you are immobilized;
- Keep Rat King away from the remains.
The more you fight with Rat King the stronger he becomes. The complexity resets once in 24 hours.
There’s no need to wait for the temporal reset to fight with Rat King again: the sewers under the Warehouse will be reseted as soon as you get out of it into the northern wing of the Warehouse. After death in the sewers your items will appear in your Shelter, but will lose a part of their durability.
Event rewards
… primary goal is to reduce participation and, as a result, loss of personnel during liquidation of the Invasion. For this purpose, I allow you to increase the quotas for payments to volunteers from among the striders, add the latest samples of weapons of the Center and Cordon groups to these payments, and transfer a part of the trophies from the aberrated zone to the award fund.

The Citadel Corps will provide volunteers with the newest military equipment and trophy weapons of the ghoules for the help with fighting against the Warehouse threats. In the event rewards you’ll find craft resources for Intra-9 Assault Rifle, Hephaestus Crossbow and the perfect Burning Decree revolver. In the rewards for defeating Rat King you’ll find craft resources for Predator Gatling Gun. In both types of rewards you’ll find craft resources for Thunderstorm-A Dawn and Hemogrenade.
Themed decorations have appeared in the craft window. Besides well-known altars and Ghoul Crates, you can install Hemoarborite and Artifact Repository in your Shelter.
Two new samples, Cordon-M Helmet and Cordon-M Armor like the most brave Citadel Corps soldiers wear, have appeared in the TechStation K-1. Note: these craft recipes will remain in the game after the Warehouse Invasion ends.
During the event the owners of vehicles can get new bicycle and motorbike modifications.
Other changes
- Now gadgets equip automatically. If the gadget you use breaks down it will be replaced with the same gadget from your inventory.
- In the Ark Facility autoplay won’t turn off if all enemies are dead and new ones haven’t yet appeared.
- New tasks that should be completed in the Ark Facility have been added to the Citadel Corps daily quests and faction missions.
- The purchase of resources for the equipment repairing and fuel for vehicles for gold was transferred to the Repair Workbench window and the transport window, respectively.
