If you notice a bug, take a screenshot and save logs. You need to open the settings window and press the “Send logs” button. A new window will appear. Take a screenshot and send it to us. When sending the logs screenshot, describe the problem and write the model of your device and OS version.
To take a screenshot: for most models on Android press the Volume Down and Power buttons at the same time, for iOS — Home and Sleep/Wake (on/off) buttons.
1. Close the game. Open the File Explorer (File Manager, Files, My Files, depending on your device).
2. Open Device Storage (Internal Memory).
Android > Data > Com.survival.last > Cache > Logs
3. Find and send us the log.txt file.
If the bug occurred while loading the game and the log button doesn’t appear, press the upper-left corner of the screen for 7–10 seconds and capture the time. As you press, logs will be sent to our server and we can find them by the time you reported them. You need to provide the correct time in UTC, device model, nickname, player ID and a detailed description of the problem.
